Consultant – Geospatial Solutions

Install and Support Technician


SITECH Construction Systems Pty Ltd, is the Trimble Construction Heavy and Highway distributor for Qld, NT, Vic, Tas and SA.

The position involves Installation and Technical Support for the full range of Trimble Heavy Equipment technology, including productivity monitoring systems, tracking devices for the Civil Construction and Mining industry for both on and off-highway and 2D & 3D machine control systems. This is an exciting high tech area which is developing rapidly with great future potential.

Reporting to the National Support Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery, installation, commissioning and testing of products supplied by SITECH Construction Systems
  • Responsibility for the entire installation process including quality assurance of products, calibration and commissioning
  • Completing administrative tasks relating to installations including Service Report Forms and safety documents

An interest in technology and a background in auto electrics or other related trades would be advantageous.

Electronics Service Technician


We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a real interest in high end electronics to join our team in Melbourne.

As our new Electronic Service Technician your day will consist of repairing and servicing a wide range of hi tech equipment including GPS receivers, radios, Survey Total Stations, and field computers. This is a busy role and to be successful you’ll need to enjoy being kept on your toes. You will also need to be the type of person who gets a kick out of learning new technology and fixing things right the first time.

The criteria we’ll be using to select our new Tech will include:

  • Some work experience in a technical environment
  • Ability to grasp new concepts
  • TAFE or similar training in electronics
  • Genuine interest in emerging technologies

Level 1 Helpdesk Technician


In response to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to join customer service team at our head office in Bowen Hills, Brisbane.

Reporting to the National Support Manager, this challenging role will be the first line of support to a diverse group of customers. As a company that prides itself on customer service, this role is critical to our ongoing success.

While this role primarily involves IT-related support, due to the nature of the business, you will be supporting a large variety of products and solutions across a number of vertical markets. This broad exposure will provide ample opportunity for career progression in time.

Our busy logistics team is now looking to appoint an accomplished admin professional to the newly created role of Sales Order Administrator.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • processing sales orders
  • liaising with suppliers
  • coordinating deliveries and stock transfers to assist internal sales, admin and service teams
  • general office and administration tasks

The candidate we are seeking will be a people person with fantastic administration, communication and negotiation skills. A person who is cool under pressure and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service will thrive in this role.
