We’re transitioning from the Viewpoint Support Portal to the new BuildingPoint Help Centre for all Jobpac Support and Professional Services requests.

From 24th September:

  • All new support requests must be submitted via the BuildingPoint Help Centre
  • The Viewpoint portal will no longer be monitored for new Jobpac cases
  • Existing cases will continue to be resolved, and you’ll be notified if any cases are moved to the BuildingPoint Help Centre

What’s changing for your organisation:

  • A designated Full access user from your organisation has been asked to confirm who should have access to the new Help Centre.
  • Once confirmed, approved users will be able to log tickets

BuildingPoint Australia

You will still be able to: 

  • Access past cases and knowledge base content in the Viewpoint portal 
  • Submit requests once access is confirmed by your organisation’s Full access contact
